Cannot get into my virgin media account and have never been able to access it to see what I actually get. Cannot access tv on my phone etc. Have been with Virgin Media for years.
Can a member of the tech support assist please?

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post - sorry that you're having issues with your online account. I have located your account from your forum information and I can see that an account is registered.
What happens when you try and access your account? Have you tried resetting the password at all?
Please do give it a go and let us know if you get any error messages. Keep us posted and we can reset the log in from this end for the account holder if needed.
