When I try and log into VM with my email address and pw, am presented with the following error message (not a typo - message is presented twice!):
This service can only be accessed by the primary account holder.
I am the primary account holder, and I am trying to log in with the only email address I have given VM (which I can use fine to log into their web portal).
Any ideas what is going on?

I am sorry that you have been having issues with the My VM app login.
We need to raise an IT ticket for this, I will send you a private message so I can get this done.
