Hi, for some reason, I can longer log into my VM account... The creds are right, and when I do a password reset, it says I don't exist. When trying to create a new one, it says my details are incorrect.

I have tried to create your account and got the same error message as you, this means that I have had to raise this with our IT team and this can take up to 5 working days to be resolved.
