I've been a customer since 2016 and have never been able to create a virgin media account, now I want to change my package I actually need an account to do this.
When I sign up it says it has sent an email but it rarely arrives and the couple of occasions it did, when I clicked it a message comes up saying link expired.
Can someone please look into this and get me an account please so I can upgrade my broadband. I have my account number.
