I am trying to create an account after my install today but no passwords I try will be accepted. I have read many other answers where the same is happening to others and tried everything they have suggested. I tried all different combinations (All rated strong), I have tried different browsers, clearing history and cache, I have tried the app also. I have never had an account with virgin before also.
I need this sorting very quickly or I will be looking to cancel my contract. Not a good start for
