Sign up screen wont accept my password even though it meets criteria.

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues when attempting to register online. 

Can you please try the following for me? 

  • Delete all cache and cookies
  • Another browser/device
  • Download the My Virgin Media app on your phone and try from there

None of this works. Also, when I go onto another device of flags up a def01 error when I type my email.

Hi. I've tried this. It let's me get past the error code for my email, but still wont accept my password even though it says it meets the criteria.
