Tried to log into my media account without success, reset password but it's the email it's not recognising even though I'm using the correct email. Been ages trying but still cannot check my bill.

Can we ask if you have tried to log in using a different web browser ad device?
Also, deleting all cookies/caches and history may help.

Can we ask if you have ever been able to access your online account? Are you getting any error messages?
Did you also clear all cookies/caches and history from your device?
