Hello. I need to get in touch with virgin media to close my account. I am abroad in africa with no phone and extremely limited access to WiFi. I've lost my login in/account details so neither customer services nor complaints teams can help me online. I'm being charged for a service I'm not using. I've written a letter to virgin asking for account to be closed. Is there anyway for me to contact someone in virgin by email that can help me resolve this issue? Thanks Finn
