Got broadband installed 28/1/23 but cannot register to see my account. I have followed the instructions:
1. I tab on the link "Register my virgin media here"
2. I type in my email address
3. I create a strong password
4. I get the following message "You cannot use that password. Please choose another"
So I go back, do the whole thing again with a different strong password but same result. Different browser? Same result.
Can someone please help me?
