Cannot create new password, even after following Virgin guidelines, keeps saying invalid.
How can I create new password?

Hi AliasJules,
Sorry to hear you have had a problem setting up an Online Account due to the password not being accepted, try something personal to you but change some of the letters to numbers and don't forget a special character, for example F0r3xamp1e@.
