Cancelling a technicians appointment

Had major problems with my broadband, unable to get through on phone and after being tested by Virgin online tests they made an appointment to send an engineer. However I have now sorted problem, or a miraculous cure, and needed to cancel. HOW!!? Does not work on app or on web page, either nothing on the site or you just go round in circles. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know,  though think about time Virgin sorted this. Have als tried on the phone but just give up.
