Hi again,
I had an issue with my V6 box today, and I was advised to arrange an engineer appointment. Later on, the V6 started working again, so the appointment is no longer required. I’m unable to cancel via either the app or website. Could this appointment be cancelled please?

Glad to hear that your set top box has started to work again and you no longer require the engineer. We can get this cancelled for you at our side.
Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
