Hi, I had some issue setting up my broadband early today, and I booked an engineer for 13th October. But the broadband went well now and I wanna cancel my appointment. I looked up the Virginmedia website, app and online account and found no access to cancel it. Can someone help me cancel this appointment pls?

We're sorry to hear you were originally having an issue with your broadband but are glad things are sorted now.
We can certainly get the appointment cancelled this end for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.
