Cancel engineer visit

for some reason a recently book engineer visit is not appearing on my account dashboard, and only have a reschedule option through the app.

please can someone help me to cancel a visit booked for wednesday next week.

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling to view the booking through the app.
If you sign in online here are you able to see it?
I've had a look and on my end I can see the booking.
