Cancel engineer appointment

How do we cancel an engineer appointment?  It says there will be this option on the app next to my appointment but it isn't. I no longer need the visit.

I am sorry you are having issues with cancelling your tech appointment, are you able to try via our site rather than the app? You can do this here.

I've tried this and it doesn't even recognise I have an appointment. 

I was hoping one of you would be able to cancel it for me as your website and app don't do what they promise....
