Hi,
This morning I had an issue with my Hub 3, which was dead for around three hours. After doing all suggested trials, was still dead /green flashing light and green wifi symbol. So I decided to book an engineer through my Virgin App. Ok, it is showing Friday 24th June 22, but in the mean time my router woke up and returned to normal. The problem is that there is no way to cancel this appointment in app! How can I cancel this appointment???

Sorry to hear you had broadband issues today, but glad to hear this has all been resolved for you now. You can cancel your appointments on your My Virgin Media account, either via the app or on the website. There will be a box on the first page as you sign in for your appointment and from there you can manage any visits you have booked. The box is labelled 'Orders and Appointments'.
