Hi all. I currently pay £1.75 a month for paper billing. I am struggling to pay my bill and on long term sick leave. Does anyone know how I can opt out of this, to receive E-mail bills instead please? I've tried the usual bills and payments section, but unable to see where to cancel the paper billing. There doesn't seem to be a section for it. Thank you.

This has just happened to me after changing my package.
I cancelled the land-line and tv and only required broadband while looking after my mother's house while it goes up for sale (she recently passed away).
I have checked the app both on my phone and also logged in on my chromebook. There does not seem to be an option to cancel this surcharge of £1.75 a month.
I did try the link mentioned in thjis chat but takes me to a one off payment page. I already pay by direct debit.
I just want the paper statements to stop please.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.
Many apologies for the issues faced with this.
To clarify do you have access to MyVirginMedia?
If so are you able to do these steps?
- Click on the "Update Settings" tab
- Account Details
- Then there should be a Communications preference that you can edit.
- Select the format of "Ebills / Email / Texr.
