I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with signing up to My Virgin Media, can I ask if you have been installed with us yet?
Have you had an account with us in the past that used this email?
No problem thank you for letting me know, are you able to let us know once your service and you have tried to register again?
Sometimes the registration cannot happen until installation is complete. If the issue then persists we can take a closer look for you via a PM.
