Can’t sign into App / now that you’ve left us

Have rejoined after being elsewhere for a few years. When I try to register a new account it says ‘sorry you are leaving” and I need to rearrange an installation.

Thanks for your post, and welcome to our Community Forums!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting signed up to My Virgin Media. This error normally occurs when you attempt to use the same email as you did on a previous account with us. In addition, if you have not yet been installed, you would not be able to register to My Virgin Media, just yet. You will need to have been installed for 24-48 hours before you're able to register.

I'm going to pop you a private message to discuss the installation with you. Please look out for it in the purple envelope in the top-right of our forums.
