I can't sign into my virgin media account!
I joined in August, set an account up, no problem. Went to sign in tonight via the app and it keeps telling me my password is incorrect (it's not). When I try to reset my password I have a message there's a error.
I try to sign up again and it tells me (obviously) that I already have an account and to reset my password.
I'm going round in circles, can someone please advise? I can see from looking at this forum that I'm not the only one with this issue.

Sorry to hear that you're currently unable to log into your My Virgin Media account. I am guessing you've already tried deleting your browsing history and cache?
