Can't sign in

I can't sign into my virgin media account!

I joined in August, set an account up, no problem. Went to sign in tonight via the app and it keeps telling me my password is incorrect (it's not). When I try to reset my password I have a message there's a error.

I try to sign up again and it tells me (obviously) that I already have an account and to reset my password.

I'm going round in circles, can someone please advise? I can see from looking at this forum that I'm not the only one with this issue.

Hi @emjay2, thanks for posting and welcome to our community.

Sorry to hear that you're currently unable to log into your My Virgin Media account.  I am guessing you've already tried deleting your browsing history and cache?  You'd be surprised how often, this helps.  As you've reached out to us, I would love to take a closer look on your behalf.  I am going to send you a private message.  Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.
