Can't sign in to virgin media

Hi,

I am trying to create a virgin media account but every time I put in a password, it keeps on saying "You can't use that password. Please choose another". I have used every combination and multiple passwords but it still keeps on telling me the same message. I have tried different browsers and different machines but still get the same error. Is there anyone that can help?
