I left virgin because of the poor customer service but rejoined last week first query I get is I can't sign in to my virgin media message said sorry to see you go etc etc seen on forum that this is a common problem but an easy fix contacted virgin oh dear It ticket raised have phoned 4 times since told 4 differant answers still not resolved virgin hasn't improved so now considering cancelling again if it's a known problem why can't they fix it???
