Can't sign in to my broadband account

Won't let me sign in or change password or anything else

Are you trying to sign into your online My Virgin Media account or log into the router settings?

Are you getting any error messages when trying to sign in?

Have you been able to sign in previously?

If so, have you tried the forgotten password/ username options?

No I have not been able to sign in for months try re setting password and does not work but it says doesn't recognise email or password

Sorry to hear you are still unable to sign in or reset the password due to the system not recognising the Email address, I would like to try to help you get back into your Online Account.
