Hi there,
I am trying to set up an account on the virgin media app and virgin tv go apps but each password I enter is invalid. I have followed all instructions and even tried with and without special characters, with and without numbers.
Please can you help?

Sorry to see you are having issues setting up 'My Virgin Media' account and having issues with creating the password.
Thank you for trying and I know it can be frustrating when it doesn't work. Please can you clear your 'cache and cookies', on your browser webpage. Then please try the following options when creating your password:

Hi,
I have just followed the instructions below to clear the cache, and I got the same error message. My password was 6 letters then 2 numbers without special characters and still it says I cannot use it.
This is becoming extremely frustrating.
Please kindly contact me to provide a solution rather than instructions that do not work. Thank you.
