Can't set up account

I've tried setting up the My Virgin media account, when I try and do this it uses my email as the username which is fine that's what I want, but then when I try and submit it it tells me I can't use that username 

 

Anyone any help to sort this

Please can you try resetting your password? This may take a few tries but it does seem to resolve the issue after a few tries.

I haven't even managed to set a password yet, I'm just trying to set the account up for the first time

Doing a forgotten password email should allow you to make a password.

It's not found an account with my email, but I've never actually managed to make an account.
