Hi, 

Had VM a few years ago and now trying to register for My Virgin Media but states from the previous time that I can't register? I have not been a customer for about 2-3 years?

I'm so sorry to hear that you have been facing this issue. Can I ask if you have been trying to sign in with the same email that was attached to the old account? 

Just to check are you trying to register the new account and not logging in?
