Can’t register new account

Just got Virgin broadband  installed a couple of days ago but I can’t make an account for the My Virgin Media app.

I get this message…

”We’re sorry to see you go, now you’ve left us, we’ve closed your account and you can no longer register for My Virgin Media”

It’s my first account with Virgin.

Tried ringing but didn’t get anywhere just told to wait but it’s not getting any further.

Any help please

Hi Micki,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

Sorry for the confusion with the online account. That error message you're getting suggests the email you're wanting has been used on a previous online account.

The process now is a Move and Transfer from the old account to the new one. 

I shall PM you now to assist further.
