Hi, i have been trying since october 14th to register for a my virgin media account with my new broadband but everytime i put a password in it says it’s invalid. I have tried every combination imaginable and am considering cancelling my service due to this because i need the account to register for volt benefits. I would appreciate it if someone could help me create the account.
