I’ve just had Virgin boardband installed but when I try and register for the app it says “we’re sorry to see you go, Now you’ve left us, we’ve closed your account and you can no longer register for My Virgin Media“
I'm guessing this relates to when I previously had virgin many years ago and used my email? Can someone help?
