Can't register account

Joining in

Hi, my broadband is up and running. But I can't register my account. Was prompted to call. But there's no option during the call. Most things need a registered account to go further

Sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Can you confirm what is happening when you are trying to sign up for My Virgin Media?
