I have tried to set up MyVirginMedia account, but have been unsuccessful so far. It says there is an account under my email address and when I reset my password it says I can’t do that and need to contact customer service, it also says I don’t have any additional information. Their resolution was to wait once my wifi was installed, it has been, but still no luck.
