Hi Rhianna 👋 apologies for any confusion here! If you have a check of Zoie's reply again you will see it advises the password needs to be 'between 8 and 10 characters'.
There are a couple of other things that can cause issues with My VM registration on occasion;
1) If you are a new customer awaiting installation - in which case the issue automatically resolves itself once your services have been fully installed and activated. (Please be aware it can take 24 hours for our systems to catch up.)
2) If you are registering with an email address that has been associated with a former service account. If this is the case, we need to get the email address moved over to the correct current account. We do this by sending a PM to confirm a few account details and updating our records.
3) An unknown or temporary error with our website.
Let us know how you are getting on today now you are fully installed and activated and we can always send you a PM if needed to confirm a few details and raise an IT ticket to get this resolved! If you try registering today and receive a different error code or message (for example DEF01, or AP103) please let us know! This is key information to trying to resolve the issue.
