Hello, I recently moved homes and was offered a new broadband deal which I accepted. During this process a new account was created as I received a new account number, however the same email was used.
When I login using my email it displays the old account number/contract. When I try to sign up using the new account number as well as a new email address it gives me a notification saying: "Account already set up".
Could someone help me with this problem, thank you.
