Can't login to My Virgin Media

Joining in


On the app whenever I try go to account settings which takes me to the website, I continuously get the error


"Oops, looks like something's gone wrong on our side.

Please try again"

I am completely unable to access this part of my account. Could someone from the VM team please resolve this.

Can you please confirm what happens when you try to sign in here


Hi Alex

There is a popup which says "Script error" when that page loads, but I can see that page.

Then when I try click through to my preferences or something, I get the dreaded message I posted previously
