I cannot reset the password either - I've been trying for over two weeks and it keeps returning the error 'oops something went wrong try again later'. I have tried different laptops, Firefox, Chrome, Edge. Always the same error message. Very frustrating as I need to change my subscription bundle. Tried the 1908 number and it eventually redirects via an automated message to use your online account to make changes. Similar issue with the Chatbot on the site - redirects you to use your online account which is the problem I need resolved.
