Can't log into MVM on my new phone

Hi all. I recently had to buy a new phone (not a virgin SIM). I have installed the MVM app but cannot gain access. When I hit sign in after entering my email and password, I get a screen telling me that this service canonly be accessed by the primary account holder. What am I doing wrong?

Well, based on what you have written, you are trying to sign in with a secondary account rather than your primary account.

You can check what your primary address is by following the relevant link here:
