Hi,
I can not log in to my virgin media account, when i click to register it says "we're sorry to see you go".
When i have tried to sign in using my account number and area reference it says that my details cannot be found. I received my self installation kit a couple of weeks ago and have had broadband access, but can't access my virgin media account.
Any help would be very appreciated.

Just to confirm - have you had an account with us before in which you have used the same email address to register for your online account with?

yes In the past my email was used when the house share at uni got virgin internet.

Ah that would be why you are seeing the above error message.
We can change this over to your new account with a process called a move and transfer as long as you can pass security on both accounts 🙂
