Can't log in to My Virgin Media Account

Hi,

I have been trying to log into the My Virgin Media section on the website, and each time it tells me my email address or password is incorrect. I've attempted to change the password multiple times, but anything I type in is considered invalid even though I am not using any strange characters.

I see this is a common issue, so would it be possible for a Virgin Media staff member to resolve this for me please?

Sorry to hear that you're having this issue, what I would like to do in order to fix this for you is to get you into a quick private message, if you haven't used our private message function feature before you can access it via the purple envelope in the top right hand side of your screen.
