Like many others I can't log into my account to change broadband settings. Never ending swirling logo on the app & constant password incorrect error on the website. Tried multiple machines & networks but same results.
Could someone please sort this out?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with logging into your online account, we are aware of an issue and our team is working on getting this resolved for the affected customers but we don't yet have an exact resolution date as of yet. What settings are you trying to change as we maybe able to help from here.
