Can’t change passwords for the Virgin media app

Hi, I’ve been trying to change my password for a while, each time I’ve tried it keeps saying that I’ve not met the requirements due to using something related to my username when I’ve not done anything of the sort

I’ve tried different passwords and different web browsers and I get the same thing each time
