Can’t change password

Hello, 

I can’t seem to log into my virgin media account. When I go to change my password I follow the link but no matter which password I try to change it too, it won’t let me as it thinks everything contains my username even though it doesnt. Any help would be greatly appreciated,

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with resetting your password. We can certainly check this out for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.
