Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. 

Is it possible you can expand on what is happening please - it allows us to give the correct advice 🙂 At what part are you struggling? Have you had an account previously or is this a new account? Is this whilst trying to log in or whilst trying to register?

Hi yes I registered over a week ago but now it won’t let me log in even with the account number aswell it says it doesn’t exist and no never had an account here before
