Can't Logon on to My Virgin Media

I'm trapped in an infinite loop when trying to access My Virgin Media

On the Sign in page I click 'Forgotten your password?'.

  • This takes me to the 'Forgotten your password?' page, I'm prompted to enter my username.
  • I'm sent a 'Your new My Virgin Media password' email.
  • I click on the link in the email, enter as new password, and click continue.
  • This takes me to the 'Forgotten your password?' page, I'm prompted to enter my username.

Either their site is even worse than I thought, or my account is 'corrupted'.

Does anyone have any answers?

Welcome to the community forums and thank you for your post. We are sorry to hear you have been experiencing this issue. We understand you have been going around in a loop but once you've changed the password have you tried logging in on the login page itself?

Yes Louis, I have tried logging-in.

And I get the 'You've entered the wrong username or password.' message

This has been going on for a month now. I've asked for help by both message chat and phone. No one is able to help. Even when they reset the password to a 'temporary' password, I can't login.
