Can't Confirm My Virgin Media Account

Tuning in


I've been trying to sign up to My Virgin Media but I haven't been receiving the confirmation emails to activate my account. Resetting password, signing up to here etc all seems to come through fine, it's just the authentication for MVM that doesn't get through.

When I first signed up the other day, it took nearly 24 hours for the email to come through, by which time the link had expired. Since then I've not had any more emails despite requesting one be sent again.

Yes I've checked my spam folder.

Please help! Thanks.
