Can’t Change Password

Hello!

In need of a hand. I have tried logging into the MyVirginMedia app today and have forgotten my password

When I have tried to change the password I’m not able to as one of the requirements is “not to include username”. No matter what I type it says that requirement is not met. 

Any help would be appreciated
