I can not view my bill
Virgin website is useless and scrolls round various categories. When I finally sign in to some random page it tells me I am not the account holder (I am)
Have tried to get the view bill thing sorted since December. I know what the issue is (I have a new address and new account number and they dont seem to have deleted my old account number) and everytime virgin say it is sorted it never is.
Such rubbish customer service / lack of trying to get through the website
