Hi I'm a new customer and I ordered the broadband. When I need to register and pay my bill, I find I am stuck in the process of creat a password. I tried more than 50 times using different browsers and devices, even asked serval friends to help me, but they meet the problem as me.

my problem is still unsolved after a week. what are you engineer doing? and it is a very common problem.
