Can' access virgin media account

Can't log into my Virgin media account on the app or website. Says my email or password is incorrect. I get monthly emails so I know the email is correct. Tried to change my password but it won't accept my email. Going round in circles.

Best call VM on 0345 454 111 and  expect a long wait and hopfully will speak to someone.

I have the same problem.   Was accessing My Virgin Media successfully until I installed a new router.   Now I'm told email address or password is wrong!   When I try to change password, it tells me my details are wrong!!
