I really disappointed that I have been with virgin so many years , and now just changed details on 2 accounts one for my house and one for rental but that was over a month ago, and I been ringing and talking to mods on here for over 4 weeks to get my house account access as I got 1email setup on 2 accounts I can only access 1 of the accounts I been on to loads of virgin staff and gave them different email addresses but not one of them have been able to sort saying they raised a tech call back 5 weeks later still no joy , all I want to do is get into my house account and change settings on WiFi safe search settings the only way to do that is from my account that I still not got and check my bill I sick of this as not getting the services I need WiFi blocking some sites so by not sorting the account is giving me a sub standard service I getting to point were I going to cancel and sick of sub standard service I can not use fully come on some one must be able to fix what is going on ?
