Bundle not matching account

So... on my pre-contractual agreement we have been told we are having the full TV package including the movies, phone line, sim card (unlimited everything) and 500m deal with the broadband. However... when i logged into my virgin account it says i can add internet and add a sim to the package? 

can someone tell me what’s gone wrong please?

Hi Katie,

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into with your package, can I ask if you're a brand new customer and are waiting to be installed? This situation can sometimes happen before your services have been installed but its nothing to worry about.

Please let me know.
